The charm of past centuries is always present, but the holiday apartment is individually furnished in a modern and extremely comfortable way. 4 people can feel completely at home here and will find two beds in each of the living room and bedroom. A spacious bathroom with a trapezoidal bathtub and walk-in shower completes the living experience. Another special feature: although the house is in the middle of the city center, the holiday apartment faces the rear building and is therefore very quiet. A small balcony provides a romantic backdrop for a glass of wine for two. By the way: We always have space and a bed for small children.

Arrival and departure:
Arrival from 4 pm, departure 10 am.
If necessary, you can leave your luggage in the building until you move in or out. Please note: In the pedestrian zone, loading and unloading time is max. 15 minutes after 11 a.m.
Booking: The booking amount must be paid in full 30 days before arrival - no deposit is necessary. (We do not accept credit card payments). You will receive a booking confirmation with payment information in good time for the specified date.
Cancellations: free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount. Less than 15 days before arrival: 90% of the booking amount. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Tourist tax: (No tourist tax is charged for business travelers)
April to October: Adults and children over 16 years 3.30 €, children 6-16 years 2.00 €
November to March: Adults and children over 16 years 2.20 €, children 6-16 years 1.20 €
Private pitches on the island of Lindau : €17 per night. Please reserve in good time when booking.
