Welcome to our charming holiday apartment, which is located on the first floor of a medieval house. Despite the historic walls, you can expect modern furnishings that convey a relaxed beach feeling. In a generous 70 square meters, you will find everything your heart desires. The bedroom has space for two people, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping option for one person.
Enjoy the great furniture and the bright yellow kitchen, which creates a cheerful ambience. The balcony extends the living space and creates a feeling of spaciousness. Thanks to the windows in all rooms, the apartment is flooded with natural light and therefore appears particularly inviting. The location in the old town gives the apartment a special flair, while the quiet surroundings ensure relaxing hours.

Arrival and departure:
Arrival from 4 pm, departure 10 am.
If necessary, you can leave your luggage in the building until you move in or out. Please note: In the pedestrian zone, loading and unloading time is max. 15 minutes after 11 a.m.
Booking: The booking amount must be paid in full 30 days before arrival - no deposit is necessary. (We do not accept credit card payments). You will receive a booking confirmation with payment information in good time for the specified date.
Cancellations: free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount. Less than 15 days before arrival: 90% of the booking amount. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Tourist tax: (No tourist tax is charged for business travelers)
April to October: Adults and children over 16 years 3.30 €, children 6 -16 years 2.00 €
November to March: Adults and children over 16 years 2.20 €, children 6 -16 years 1.20 €
Private pitches on the island of Lindau : €17 per night. Please reserve in good time when booking.
